Your role
As а Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value and success for our business through the efficient delivery of our Digital Marketing Operations. You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and will be responsible for organizing and leading our talented teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our services.
Your primary focus will be on meeting service KPIs and executing key operational processes to the highest standards. With your exceptional leadership skills, you will guide and support a team of content specialists, serving as their day-to-day point of contact. Additionally, you will be hands-on, stepping in when necessary to provide direct support to our content specialists in organizing and executing their work.
By leveraging your expertise and experience in digital marketing, you will drive excellence in our operations, ensuring that our services are delivered seamlessly and in line with our business objectives. Your commitment to delivering exceptional results will enable us to stay ahead of the competition and maintain our position as industry leaders.
Your qualities and skills as Service Delivery Lead
What we expect from you
- Identify and implement improvements in the activation value chain within the Digital Marketing Operations organization
- Drive the delivery processes at a team level, ensuring effective and scalable execution through qualitative and quantitative KPIs and service designs
- Proactively mitigate risks, signal potential issues, and escalate when necessary
- Take ownership of executing a set of service delivery processes within the organization
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of demand
- Drive escalations and lead initiatives to achieve timely resolution
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance process efficiency within the organization and prevent future escalations
- Support in organizing and executing work at the request level
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Master in Business Administration, Marketing or Technology
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or IT
- Experience with web content management or email campaigns
- Great proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1)
- Experience working with Service Management tooling like Jira, Workfront or ServiceNow
- Not sure how relevant it is for the lead role
