Your role

Are you ready to discover the world of digital marketing at a company?

Whether you have just graduated with a degree in marketing or you are looking to embark on a new career path, with your insatiable thirst for knowledge in the field of digital marketing, iO wants to give you the unique opportunity to (re)explore this domain. SEO, inbound marketing, data & insights, social media, online advertising - they will soon hold no secrets for you. As an online marketeer at iO, you can gain experience in all these disciplines and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in various topics for 3 months to discover what you want to develop.

During those three months at iO, you will have the opportunity to work at our marketing department. You will be introduced to SEO, online advertising, CRO, content creation, data, and marketing automation.

By the way, we not only aim to assist you in your professional search in the field of online marketing - at iO, you also have plenty of room to further develop yourself. Just think of a solid training budget, a personal growth process, fun events, and inspiring sessions with other experts. You take care of curiosity, we take care of the rest!

Your qualities and skills as Junior online marketeer (CIP-stage)

You have an affinity for tools like Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Optimize.
You are proactive and ask the right questions.
You don't see problems, but rather seek solutions. You think analytically, are flexible, and can work independently.
You facilitate contact with your colleagues and clients through your excellent communication and advisory skills.
Experience with website development or having certain Google certifications in your pocket is a bonus, but certainly not a must.
You are fluent in both French and Dutch/English, both spoken and written.
