What you'll do
We are seeking a Junior Analytics and Compliance Specialist to join our team and support our business units in realizing their digital marketing initiatives. As a Digital Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of services, including performing intakes, best practice sharing, execution and delivery of service activities, and stakeholder management throughout the request life cycle. Your role will involve data collection and data compliance.

The Role
As our new Junior Analytics & Compliance Specialist at iO, you'll connect the dots between marketing strategies, tech implementation and data. You are an important go-to person for complex data challenges or questions from the Business worldwide. As well as, working with global Digital Marketing capabilities and Privacy and Compliancy officers. You are the one who has the knowledge on the technical implementation and therefore the implications data collection and there to troubleshoot, together with an IT professional, and solve tool malfunctions. From deploying a global data framework and implementation of first party pixel on all web domains to helping someone in a local market how to look at their digital marketing data. You’ll dive into analytics and collaborate closely with clients and your domain team to deliver flawless execution.
Your work will center on a dynamic multinational environment, involving complex marketing for multiple brands, products, and countries. Expect to interface with international (digital) marketers, IT professionals, compliance officers, and legal/privacy advisors.At iO, you won’t work alone—you’ll join a team of specialists driven by curiosity and ambition. With ample opportunities for learning, support, and growth, you’ll evolve as a key player within our multinational client network.

Your Qualities and Skills as a Digital Marketing Specialist
Relevant Academic Background: Degree in digital media, multimedia, communication, or a related field
Experience: 2+ years as a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on data collection and Analytics
Platform Expertise: Experience in enterprise Analytics and compliance management platforms like: Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics or Tag Manager
Service Management Know-How: Experience with JIRA Service Management or ServiceNow is a plus
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to bridge communication across product owners, IT, and various stakeholders
Curiosity and Insight: A proactive learner who thrives on understanding processes thoroughly to maintain smooth operations
Fluent in English: C1 level proficiency, both written and spoken
