What you'll do
We at iO are looking for an experienced Channel Manager E-commerce & Digital Marketing who is ready to make an impact within a leading player in the energy industry. This temporary assignment offers you the chance to use your commercial and digital expertise in a challenging, rapidly evolving market.
What will you do?
As Channel Manager E-commerce & Digital Marketing, you will bear ultimate responsibility for both digital sales and marketing. You will manage campaigns, teams and budgets with the aim of sustainable growth of the customer base and optimisation of the digital sales funnel.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop, implement and monitor the digital sales strategy for B2C and small B2B customers (focus themes: electricity, gas, solar panels, EV, heating contracts and insurance)
Lead the digital marketing team (SEO specialist, SEA consultant, data analyst)
Set up and optimise campaigns via SEO, SEA, social, email, content, display and lead generation
Manage external partners: media and marketing agencies, digital tooling (Google, Adobe, etc. )
Daily monitoring of digital sales results and adjusting where necessary
Analysing and optimising KPIs around Cost to Acquire and digital media deployment (approx. €2.3M/year)
Your qualities and skills as Freelance Channel Manager E-commerce & Digital Marketing
At least 5 years' experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
Strong track record in digital B2C and B2B sales, preferably in a competitive market such as energy
Strategic insight and hands-on mentality
Analytically strong, results-oriented and flexible
Experience in managing internal teams and external partners
Fluent in Dutch or French as well as in English.
You are willing to work 3 days a week at the client in Liège
