Brussels, 20 April 2022 - Following a public tender in which several agencies participated, iO has been chosen as the winner of the Mutualité Chrétienne's digital pitch. The full-service agency thus becomes the trusted partner with the mission to accelerate the digitalisation and the performance approach of La Mutualité Chrétienne.
As a major player in the field of healthcare in Belgium, the Mutualité Chrétienne was looking for an agency that could help them establish digital strategies to recruit and retain as many members as possible.
This is exactly what La Mutualité found in iO, explains Gérald Vanmollekot, Strategic Planner - Research & Product Area at the Mutualité Chrétienne .
The Mutualité Chrétienne can count on a true full-service offer thanks to the 1700 iO experts throughout Europe. As a true end-to-end partner, the agency will be involved in many digital aspects: marketing strategy and content, advertising, social media, content creation, digital campaign management, data collection, and performance analysis, marketing automation, and CRO.
In addition to all this, iO will be responsible for the digital training and development of the Mutualité Chrétienne’s internal teams.
This is not the first time that iO and the Mutualité Chrétienne have crossed paths. Indeed, the Mutualité Chrétienne had already been working with Be Connect, which is now part of iO, for more than 5 years. The digital agency acted as an expert in social media and digital advertising.
The collaboration has already started: the launch of the first campaigns is planned for the end of May.
