What you'll do
As an experienced Drupal architect, do you define the technical strategy for complex, high-performance digital platforms? Do you find satisfaction in coaching a development team to the next level? If so, you are the Technical Lead we are looking for.
At iO, you'll be responsible for setting the technical direction for challenging projects for major brands and international players. We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep hands-on expertise to shape our technical vision and inspire our team.
As a Technical Lead Drupal Developer, your expertise will be vital for both tech-only projects and assignments that are part of our full-service approach. You'll work for A-list brands, international companies, and innovative start-ups. You are not just a master of writing clean, robust code; you are the visionary who sets the technical course and inspires your team.
Your Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: You make key decisions on architecture, define technical standards, and ensure that our solutions are not only effective today but also future-proof.
Team Mentorship: You will work in a dedicated team with project managers, front-end developers, (UX) designers, and, of course, your back-end colleagues.
Hands-on Development: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the code to solve complex problems and implement the most challenging features.
Quality Assurance: You are a champion of quality. Automated testing, CI/CD, and an Agile mindset are fundamental to your approach to delivering a high-quality final product.
Community & Innovation: We encourage you to contribute to the Drupal community and experiment with the latest technologies. You will take the lead in exploring new possibilities within Drupal and share your findings with your colleagues.
Why are we not a standard Drupal agency?
At iO, we value contribution. We organize events for you and your peers to contribute to the Drupal community and encourage participation in Drupal innovations. We are true developers... Automated testing, code optimization, code reviews, CI/CD, and the Agile mentality are integral to how we work.
You will have every opportunity to develop yourself at iO. We offer various learning opportunities, from exciting events to a well-stocked library. The experts in your team are happy to share their expertise, and you will receive a generous training budget to choose how you want to advance to the next level. In short: you bring the curiosity, we provide the rest!
