What you'll do

At iO Digital, we're not just creating digital experiences — we’re shaping the future of digital transformation. As we grow, we’re looking for a Traffic Manager who thrives on structure, planning, and smooth processes to keep creativity and innovation flowing across our teams. 

As our Traffic Manager, you'll be the central hub between account managers, creatives (copywriters, graphic designers, video and motion designers), strategists, and marketeers. You'll plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure the right people are working on the right things — at the right time. 

Your role is to be part coordinator, part communicator, and part problem-solver. You'll oversee workloads, balance priorities, and make sure deadlines don’t just get met — they get crushed. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule workflows across multiple teams and disciplines 

  • Monitor project timelines and allocate resources accordingly 

  • Work closely with account managers to ensure deliverables are on track 

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts 

  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency across teams 

  • Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely communication 

Your qualities and skills as Traffic Manager

  • 2+ years of experience in a traffic/project coordination or similar role 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 

  • Excellent communicator — both written and verbal in Dutch

  • Experience working with tools like Jira is a plus 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced (digital) agency  

  • A proactive mindset and a natural collaborator
