What you'll do

As our CRM Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, orchestrating digital transformations that drive relevance and accelerate business growth.
This role combines project leadership with deep CRM expertise, empowering you to drive transformation while building strong, strategic client relationships. You are the central link between our clients and delivery teams, translating business challenges into structured, actionable projects that create truly powerful customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
You will guide our diverse clients, from mid-market innovators to enterprise leaders, toward smarter marketing, sales, and service processes. Working with our multidisciplinary teams of marketers who understand technology, developers who think service-first, and creative designers who get data. You will deliver CRM solutions that make a real impact.
Your daily responsibilities:
Steer projects from start to completion with confidence and structure, ensuring every implementation enhances our clients' commercial performance.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients shape their sales and marketing processes through seamless digital experiences.
Translate complex business challenges into clear project plans and actionable steps that deliver measurable results.
Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse organizations across different industries and markets.
Coordinate our talented consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track and exceed expectations.
Bring clarity to complexity, solving challenges with creativity, pragmatic thinking, and our signature collaborative approach.
Champion CRM best-practice methodologies while ensuring every solution works seamlessly across the entire customer journey.
Your qualities and skills as Digital Project Manager (CRM)
Proven experience leading CRM implementations from kick-off to go-live.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, sales processes, and customer service operations.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
A natural ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
A collaborative mindset that thrives in our multidisciplinary environment.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
