To strengthen its digital presence, streamline customer service and prepare for international expansion, CCV needed a consistent and scalable approach. With physical offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, its online presence had grown into a patchwork of country-specific websites, each with its own technical setup. CCV saw the opportunity to consolidate this growth into one central, future-proof infrastructure – combining scalability, efficiency and customer focus.

One platform for scalability, efficiency and customer focus

Together with iO, CCV overhauled its digital infrastructure. The goal? A scalable platform that seamlessly connects e-commerce, order processing and customer experience – and works across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. We co-created a strategy and roadmap to streamline CCV’s ecosystem and optimise its operations. 

We chose a fully integrated approach with two complementary systems: 

  • Shopware for B2B e-commerce, offering flexible pricing and expansion options. Integrated with CCV’s back-office systems and enterprise-grade security, it ensures compliance and reliability. Its multi-country architecture makes it ready for future growth. 

  • Drupal for content and CRM management. We merged five separate WordPress sites into one international Drupal platform. With robust security and multisite support, it enables consistent content management, faster translations and a unified brand presence. 

Smart workflows that empower customers and partners

By making strategic choices and automating workflows with the end user in mind, CCV has streamlined its order processing. Customers and partners now enjoy a consistent digital experience and the autonomy to prepare or manage their orders independently. 

  • Composerflow: B2B customers configure their own payment package via a smart wizard that instantly shows pricing and links to inventory and quotes. 

  • Staff portal: Sales teams can digitally enter phone orders, which follow the same process as online orders – improving accuracy and speed. 

  • Partner portal: Partners prepare orders for their clients with access to CCV’s full product range, customised pricing, approvals and commissions. The system handles partner types, regions and invoicing automatically.

Thanks to the new architecture, CCV can now realise its international ambitions with ease. Consolidated systems have reduced maintenance costs and accelerated feature rollouts across all active countries. Customers benefit from automated order processing and 24/7 self-service, while support teams face less pressure. 

Strategically, the modular setup and API-first architecture give CCV the flexibility to adapt to changing business models. Open source technology ensures freedom of choice, and advanced reporting supports data-driven decisions. In short: a scalable digital foundation that enables growth without technical limitations.
