    Conversational AI is more than a smarter helpdesk. We design conversation experiences across the full customer journey, from contextual conversation starters at awareness, through personalised advice at consideration and transactional dialogue at purchase, to interactive onboarding and continuous support at loyalty. For each stage, we determine which data source is most relevant, product catalogue, CRM, ERP or a live API, through an orchestration architecture that dynamically chooses the right source.
