As a content specialist, Patrick Severein has already clocked up over 20 years of experience in (content) marketing and communications. In his role as Head of Content at iO at Campus Utrecht, he is responsible for the various content teams (content, editing, video, podcasts and design) and all content marketing projects and campaigns for clients as diverse as Vattenfall, UWV, PostNL, Iv-Groep, ABN AMRO, NS and MKB Nederland. As a strategist, Patrick devises brand and content strategies A-brands both at home in the Netherlands and abroad. Creating impact everytime with strong content as the foundation for strong brands.

About the talk

Content is still kingand it will be in a Fluid Future. In this workshop, using inspiring cases, I will show you how to shape your brand story using strong content. On the agenda: current and future content trends, inspiring formats and tips for coming up with your own formats. We will also discuss the similarities between advertising and content and compare the basic ingredients for strong brand (content): brand story, big idea and brand assets.

As befits an interactive workshop, we will also work together. Drafting a brand story, for instance. What should you pay attention to? What tools are available?
