As a Medior Digital Project Manager at iO, you are the trusted link between our clients' ambitions and our expert teams. You sit at the heart of our delivery teams. You manage multiple digital and IT projects simultaneously, keeping a clear head while navigating complexity, deadlines, stakeholders, scope changes and all.

• End-to-End Project Ownership: You lead multiple digital transformation and IT projects simultaneously, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and handover

• Coordinating cross-functional teams: You coordinate our cross-functional teams of developers, designers, strategists, and QA experts, aligning everyone around priorities.

• Stakeholder Management: You are the primary point of contact for a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors across public, retail, and automotive sectors

• Facilitating project governance: planning sessions, status updates, risk management, and steering committee meetings

• Applying the right methodology for each project. Whether Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach

• Identifying risks early, escalating where needed, and keeping projects on track and on budget

You'll join our technology teams and manage various teams consisting of experts from diverse disciplines (developers, QA, UX, copywriters, designers, …). You enjoy working in a team and that comes in handy at iO. As this role involves daily communication with clients and colleagues, fluency in Dutch and French is essential.

• A higher education degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• You have 3+ years of experience managing digital projects that involve technical integrations in a multi-stakeholder environment.

• Juggling several projects in parallel comes naturally to you, without ever losing your grip on quality or timelines.

• Solid knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential — a PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a real plus.

• Experience with budget management is a definite advantage; you understand the importance of having a grip on the numbers as well as the plan.

• You're a natural communicator who builds relationships with ease, both internally and with clients.

• A problem-solving mindset, strategic thinking skills, and a genuine team-player spirit are all part of your DNA.

• Using AI tools is part of your daily workflow, serving as a genuine productivity lever.

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must-have for this role.
