Your role

Are you the kind of person that turns problems no-one even knew about into workable solutions? Do you talk people through an issue via phone/email without even opening the application? Do people’s problems magically disappear when you come within 5min of their computer, or your name gets mentioned? 

At iO we work on a lot of ambitious (international) projects. You’ll start new campaigns and monitor the quality of templates, databases, and workflows. You’ll optimise landing pages, forms, and emails to achieve (and maybe even exceed) the set goals. Are you accurate, stress-resistant, and completely in love with marketing automation? Then we are looking for you.

Our newest Salesforce Consultant will join our team of enthusiastic marketing experts. We regularly welcome clients to iO Campus Ghent, where we work to translate their objectives into efficient marketing automation projects and evaluate their ongoing projects together.

Your qualities and skills as Salesforce Consultant Pardot/ Marketing Cloud

  • Takes full ownership of customers and problems and takes others on your path to solve them
  • Experience with SFMC/ Pardot is a must
  • Challenges customers and employees about their ways and enlightens them with your wisdom
  • Be familiar with REST, BULK and SOAP APIs, execute basic commands with tools like postman but most importantly know when they are needed and guide customers and staff through the implementation process
  • Good understanding of integration methods (api, form, ETL, sFTP, ...) and when to use each method.
  • Good working knowledge of ERP/CRM/CMS systems and sales & marketing integration (leads, lead conversion, campaigns, contacts, accounts, campaign members, opportunities and other related objects)
  • Good knowledge of e-mail tracking, customer segmentation, web forms, e-mail reporting, data management and journey creation.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English and feel 100% comfortable presenting in pre-sales calls, training sessions, internal meetings and face-to-face interactions
  • You master the ability to explain technical challenges to technical and non-technical users
