Are you ready to take the lead on challenging digital projects in a growing international organisation? As an iO-Project Manager, you’ll look at everything from two perspectives: when working with your team, you represent the client and when speaking to the client, you are a proud product owner.
You will join iO at campus Brussels in a multidisciplinary project team, where you’ll be in close contact with the Technical Lead and our developers. With their support, you’ll uphold the quality of each project every step of the way. You’ll safeguard deadlines, the scope and the budget.
You’ll also manage the client relationship, working with the client and thinking about the best ways to digitise their processes. That’s how you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that are used frequently.
At iO, we care a lot about knowledge and the sharing thereof. That’s why we give our colleagues every opportunity to develop their skills and grow. Take part in one of our training sessions, organise one yourself or look for a training that fits within your very own training budget.
Because of your experience in (digital) project management - preferably at an agency - you can juggle various projects without breaking a sweat. Your talent for organisation allows you to keep everything in order, giving you the time to be proactive and look for missing information if necessary. Lastly, you’re a born communicator and you’re able to motivate your team members so they are ready to take on the day.
Besides these specific skills, you can also tick these boxes:
You’ve already gained experience in agile project management, budget management and scheduling.
You have experience in building and nurturing professional client relationships.
You were born to communicate. You’re the first to celebrate successes, but you don’t shy away from being the (gentle) bearer of bad news.
Experience in functional analysis and testing is a big plus. Having an unquenchable thirst for new knowledge about how a digital product functions is a given.
You want to know more about digital products and building software. Should you also have some experience in working with software teams, that would be a plus as well.
Do you think you could be the perfect fit? Would you like to come over and discuss the details? Contact XXX or apply.
If we seem like a good match, we quickly jump into action. Starting with an introduction (face-to-face or virtually) to see if it clicks. You know, first impressions and all.
That went well, didn't it? If we both round off that acquaintance with a good feeling, we invite you for a short test to see how you can grow at iO. Where and when it suits you best.
There are a lot of people here who are eager to meet you. At our next meeting, two of your potential colleagues will sit down at the table to discuss the results of your test.
Are we all still excited? Congratulations, sign your contract! Together we discuss the practical details and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
Whether you live in Stockholm, Amsterdam or somewhere in the Flemish fields, there is always a campus close to home. Find out where to get a job and what's great about campus life after college.
You give us your time, your dedication and your talent. And we are very grateful for that. But what do you get in return? This is what you can expect.
Dive into projects that really challenge you. Are you missing some knowledge or a specific skill? There is always a colleague who is ready for you and who knows how to get things done.
With more than 1500 colleagues you will find yourself in a circle of expertise to make every project a success and get a lot of satisfaction from your job. At the same time, your campus feels small, cozy and homely.
Everyone on your team can bring new perspectives, interesting insights and valuable skills to the table. This way you are part of something much bigger than just your own expertise.
At iO you continue to grow and learn. Training sessions on campus help you develop skills you would never have thought of before. In addition, you will receive a personal training budget to develop yourself.
Catered lunch? You would come to the office for less. Think: weekly fruit baskets, lunch (prepared with love!) or a refreshing ice cream during heat waves. Belly full = brain happy.
Signed the contract? Then you also sign up for Halloween costume parties, barbecues at 30 degrees and of course the good old Christmas reception (completely without obligation, of course).
Your physical and mental well-being is of the utmost importance to both of us. You can count on interesting workshops, relaxing activities and an ear that really listens.
A little help can make your life so much easier. On many of our campuses, you will enjoy extra facilities, so that you can focus on more important matters.
