Do you have a heart for all things martech?
As a Marketing Analytics Engineer you will join our entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary Data & Intelligence team. You will develop measurement plans and implement them in the martech stacks of the A-brands we work with.
Together with the organisations and our own teams, you determine the most appropriate martech setup. You brief developers, connect marketing channel data with web analytics data, perform technical reviews, and monitor the quality of the data. You are constantly looking for improvements and innovations that move the project forward.
At Campus Herentals, we take our culture seriously. In fact, we seriously want our colleagues to work in a stimulating environment. That's why, for example, you will have access to a gym on campus, an ambitious party committee, and dozens of new colleagues who can't wait to welcome you.
But it's not just on a personal level that we help you grow. We also love seeing our colleagues grow professionally. With a personal career development track, a substantial training budget, and regular training sessions and workshops on campus, your five-year plan will truly become reality.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience;
You have relevant experience in digital Marketing & Sales;
Your written and spoken English is flawless (Dutch or another language is a plus);
You have extensive knowledge of analytics or tag management tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch, Matomo, etc.);

Do we feel a match? Then we’ll take action right away. Starting with a meet & greet (face-to-face or virtually) – you know: first impressions and all that!
That wasn’t too bad, was it? If we both have a good feeling about our first meeting, we’ll invite you for a short assessment to check how you can grow at iO. When and where it fits you, of course.
There’s a bunch of people here who are very eager to meet you. The next time we talk, two of your potential coworkers will join us to discuss the results of your assessment.
Are we all still excited? Congrats: it’s time to sign your contract! We’ll go over all the practicalities together and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to get started.
At iO we’re not just about big cities, you can also join us in the countryside. Our Campus in Herentals is a great place to work, meet new people and relax when you need to. We even built an entire floor for the latter. What it looks like? That’s for you to find out …
You’re giving us your time, dedication and your talent. And we’re very grateful for it. But what do you get in return? Here’s what to expect.
A full lunch, prepared by our own chef? Admit it: you'd come to the campus for less. As if that weren't enough, Campus Herentals also offers fresh fruit, ice cream and many other tasty treats.
You’ll find the amount of digital skills in (and outside) of your team to be quite diverse. New perspectives, interesting insights and valuable skills: they’re all within reach.
Signed your contract? Then you’ve also signed up for Halloween dress-up parties, barbeques during 30-degree weather and our legendary weekend in September that makes all other campuses turn green with envy (totally optional of course, but trust us: you don’t want to miss it!)
At iO you continue to grow and learn. Training sessions on campus will help you develop skills you’d never even thought of. And with a personal training budget, you can fully develop your true potential.
With more than 1500 colleagues, you’ll be surrounded by the expertise you need to ace every project and get a lot of satisfaction from your job. Plus, Campus Herentals feels small, cozy and homely.
Dive into projects that really challenge you. Are you missing specific knowledge or skills? There’s always a colleague around who’s happy to help you out.
Your physical and mental well-being matters to you – and to us just as much. Count on interesting workshops, (online) sports events on campus and a shoulder to cry on when you need it.
A little help goes a long way On many of our campuses, you’ll enjoy extra facilities [like?], so you can focus on more important matters.
