Your role
Are you naturally ready for everyone around you? Do you know how to make someone feel truly welcome, cordial and professional? And do you effortlessly keep an office environment running in terms of equipment, people and administrative support? Then come do that on a real campus, as Finance & Office support at iO in Brussels. Our finance & administration team is ready to welcome you.
As Finance & Office Support, you will soon be the welcoming face of your campus. You will form the first impression of visitors and customers on campus and you will also take care of your colleagues. You guarantee a warm welcome, both at the reception desk and by phone and in writing. You are also a natural when it comes to figures and administration. So you do orders, book courses and trips for colleagues and more.
In short: everyone knows you. As a helping hand at trainings and events, for example, but also as a reliable expert for processing (outgoing) invoices, debtor management and general correspondence. Fortunately, you are never alone. Together with your colleagues, you will build a first-class campus, as well as a successful growth path for our ambitious, international team of professionals.
And grow, so will you. Because your development is very important to us, we offer you plenty of internal training sessions on campus that will help you gain skills you never thought of before. You also get a personal training budget, which you can use to choose which skills you want to develop further.
Your qualities and skills as Finance & Office Support
- You have a first work experience, for example as an office manager, office assistant, receptionist, reception assistant or (assistant) bookkeeper
- You have basic accounting knowledge and know how to process purchase and sales invoices
- Empathy and interest in what moves others? You have that, as well as a strong resistance to stress
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently
- You are easy to get along with and communicate openly and professionally
- You know Microsoft Word and Excel through and through
- You will be working in an international organization. You speak and write Dutch/French and English fluently.
