Your role
As Finance Lead, you are the central point of contact for all business points on our brand new campus in Brussels. You solve financial questions, and you take charge of our outgoing invoices, payments, and related costs.
You will join the Finance team of Brussels Campus. There, you will discuss the financial results with the Managing Director on a monthly basis, and you will also work smoothly together with Project Managers and Finance Leads from our other campuses in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work in Brussels and will have to go regularly to the Antwerp Campus to participate finance projects and reporting on country-level, but you can also work remotely a couple of days per week.
In short: you ensure that the hours spent on our projects are correctly invoiced to the customer, and you will help to ensure that our campus can prosper thanks to your detailed reports, analyses and subsequent action points!

Your qualities and skills as Finance Lead (Business Controller)
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a financial role (Finance Lead, Financial Assistant, Business Controller, etc.), preferably in an agency or service organisation;
- You are a strong communicator and you dare to enter into a dialogue;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French; English is an added value
- You are a numbers expert;
- You can work fluently with MS Office;
- You work accurately, punctually and promptly.
