Do you believe the best websites are those you build yourself?
Do you love challenges, especially when they’re - in fact - about building challenging websites and apps for various clients? Do you get a kick out of broad solutions involving the powers of marketing, strategy, content and creation teams? Do you go the extra mile, one beyond conceiving, designing and building a software product? In that case, iO might just hold the perfect spot for you at our campus in Sofia, Bulgaria.
At iO, you’ll find yourself in an international organisation that looks and feels closely connected, thanks to our hybrid way of working and cosy campuses, open to all employees, across Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Bulgaria. In that culture of open, cross-campus communication and collaboration, you’ll find yourself in both tech-only projects and assignments that are part of our full-service approach.
Our partners and clients couldn’t be more different from one another. From international players and Belgian top brands, all the way to cool start-ups that will welcome you in their universe: with us, variety within your job is guaranteed. Of course, you won’t be working alone. You’ll be part of a fixed team with project managers, front-end developers, (UX-)designers and your back-end colleagues. In addition to your to-do’s for clients, you’ll dedicate part of your time to sharing your knowledge with your colleagues – like smart ways of coding and new insights.
Even with your Drupal experience, you know there’s always plenty to learn. That’s why we support you in your development. Not only within your professional field, but also on a personal level. Think, for example, of soft-skills training, Expert Groups and certificates, or inspiring events.
