Your role
Are you looking to expand your Drupal knowledge in a job with a lot of variety?
Become a Drupal Developer at iO and develop challenging websites with us for various clients. From international players and top Belgian brands to cool start-ups that take you right into their story: there is no shortage of variety.
Your expertise comes in handy for both tech-only projects and assignments that are part of our full-service approach. For the latter, you will collaborate with our marketing, strategy and content and creation teams to build broad solutions that go beyond merely conceiving, designing and building a software product. Of course, you will not be on your own. You will work within a fixed team with project managers, front-end developers, QA, (UX) designers and, of course, your back-end colleagues.
Besides your to-dos for clients, you dedicate a part of your time to sharing your knowledge. You like to inform colleagues about instructive experiences, new insights and smart ways of writing code. You do this both within your team and without, so that colleagues on other campuses also benefit from your expertise.
Your qualities and skills as Drupal Developer
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Drupal Developer;
You are familiar with Drupal 8 and/or 9 and have experience with external API integrations in Drupal;
GIT, Drush, Drupal Console and Composer are tools you can easily get started with;
You translate customer questions smoothly into functional requirements and a technical analysis, thinking in terms of solutions;
Do you also have experience with Symfony, Varnish or Elasticsearch? That's a plus!
