With a background in Business Analysis and Project Management, Carsten made the switch to AI Engineering. As AI Adoption Lead, he helps organisations put AI to work, from strategy to production. He built the AI-powered search solution for Wageningen University & Research (WUR.nl), a production system that makes 80,000+ pages searchable using hybrid RAG technology. Within iO, he's part of the core team of the Chapter AI Engineering, where the team builds practical AI solutions that go well beyond the proof-of-concept phase.
